Grape-Vine Skewered Beef Kebabs
Dill's Grill Seasoning (from Mike Dill at Dill's Deli)
1 Tri Tip cubed
16-18 grape vine twigs (from jimmyjames bbq Pro Shop)
Cut tri tip into approx 1 1/2 to 2" cubes, massage the cubes with Dill's Grill Seasoning until generously coated.
Skewer the beef cubes on the vine twigs, packed firmly against each other but not squeezed so tightly as the squash the cubes. apply more rub if needed.
Heat grill to 450 degrees
Grill skewers on the preheated grill for 3 to 4 minutes a side for medium rare. Do not overcook beef tenderloin.
